<div itemprop="description"><br />Jerry passed away peacefully at Santuari Hospice after a long struggle with cancer. <br /> <br />He will forever be lovingly remembered by his wife Faye of eleven years; son, Rodney (Melanie) and granddaughter, Aislinn; and son, Derrick; as well as sister, Phylis (Ray) Whitten; brothers, Wilfred (Marie) and Clarence (Sylvia) and their families. <br /> <br />Besides his parents, Jerry was predeceased by his infant sister, Alwina and brother, Fred. <br /> <br />The family is thankful Jerry's suffering has ended and he is at home with his Heavenly Father. <br /> <br />A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of Mountain View Funeral Home on Thursday, October 9, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Interment to follow at Mountain View Memorial Gardens, Garden of Heritage <br /> <br />To express condolences, please visit: www.mountainviewmemorial.ca. <br /> <br />Arrangements entrusted to Mountain View Memorial Gardens, Funeral Home, Reception Centre &amp; Crematorium, 1605 - 100 Street SE (GPS: 242013 - 100 Street SE), Calgary, AB (403) 272-5555. <br /> <br /></div>
