<div itemprop="description">It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our Mother on January 31, 2017.<br><br>Gloria was born on June 5, 1941 in Greenfield, NS. She was the daughter of the late Leslie and Nettie Schofield.<br><br>Gloria is survived by her five children: Peggy (Charles) Redman of Laval, QC, Diane Szabo of Calgary, AB, Dorothy (Steve) Shepherd of Georgetown, ON, Iren (Robert) Larouche of Calgary, AB, and Steven (Barbara) of Montreal, QC. She will be missed by her eleven grandchildren: Mary, Johnathan, Kevin, Michelle, Matt, Laura, Andrew, Sara, Tim Courtney, and Xander; and her ten great grandchildren: Kayla, Mayden, Makenna, Angel, Dante, Alice, Kayleigh, Jeremy, Liam and Isaiah. <br><br>Mom was the second oldest in a family of ten and the first to be called home by God. She will be missed by her siblings: Nelson, Myra, Connie, Gail, Betty, Perry, David, Kathryn and Avery as well as many important family and friends. <br><br>Mom remained good friends with Frank Szabo. She always put her children first and had only unconditional love for us. Mom always lived life to the fullest. Psalm 23. Mom you will always remain in our hearts.
