<div itemprop="description">Julian Nowak, born January 14, 1926 in Poland, passed away on December 12, 2014 at Bowview Manor. <br /><br />He was raised in Gartley, AB and went to school in Drumheller. Julian co-founded Bennett and Nowak Drilling, then worked as an accountant until his retirement. <br /><br />He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Kathleen (Kay) of 61 years, two daughters, Marilyn (Fred) and Jacqueline (Murray) and three grandsons, Adrian (Krista), Tristan and Jonathan. Funeral Services will be held at Memorial Garden Chapel on Monday, December 22, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. <br /><br />Donations may be made to S.T.A.R.S Air Ambulance, Box 570, 1441 Aviation Park NE, Calgary, AB, T2E 8M7.</div>
